Chef Stef is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He earned his associate's degree in Culinary Arts in 2003, and 18 months later quickly earned his bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management in 2004.

Chef Stef's culinary career began in 1998 working at a small breakfast and lunch restaurant on the Jersey Shore. He then accumulated 15 years experience working in some of the finest country clubs in New Jersey and Greenwich, CT.

Chef Stef began in May 2013 offering public cooking lessons, and the following year became a pioneer for delivered prepared meals in the Hudson Valley. Eventually his services expanded to multiple catering avenues, and to private in-home dinners which he has been recognized for in Hudson Valley Magazine.

Chef Stef's motto "Cooking Local Fare with Global Flair" shows his connection to the bustling farm scene in the Hudson Valley and tri-state area. His culinary skills go beyond the traditional fare as he is well versed in lesser tried cuisines such as German, Caribbean, Brazilian and even Hawaiian! Chef Stef believes in being diverse in his offerings, so he can cater to everyone.
